How do we want to live in the face of an increasingly fast-paced society? At CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2026, from August 25 to October 12, this question takes shape in 31 projects that explore different ways of living, feeling, and relating to the home.
Under the theme Mind and Heart, the projects highlight 10 trends that respond to the search for warmth, well-being, and spaces with identity. By bringing these proposals together, CASACOR Ribeirão Preto shows how the home can respond to the needs of the present while, at the same time, preserving stories, references, and affections.
Amid the excess of stimuli, domestic projects gain importance as places of pause and reconnection, such as the Deck Oásis, by Luciane Folheto and João Vitor Gulini. Water, vegetation, lighting, natural colors, and gathering areas come together to create an atmosphere that stimulates the senses and highlights the simple pleasure of being.

This search for warmth also appears in the Living da Permanência, by Lucas Lourenço. Inspired by the Park Avenue apartments of the 1950s and 1960s and by the universe of great New York hostesses, the space brings together antiques, art, tropical references, and modernist pieces.

The presence of plants, natural light, and references to the landscape helps bring interior and exterior closer and create more tranquil atmospheres.
Mariangela Penha - Jardins de Mari - Jardim do Encontro. Projeto da CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2026. (Keniche Santos/CASACOR)
This connection begins in the Jardim do Encontro, by Mariangela Penha, of Jardins de Mari, and continues in Entre-Rios, by Carla Viziack and Marianna Viziack, of Studio ACK, where biophilic landscaping transforms a circulation area into a space to linger.

Wood, fibers, ceramics, and fabrics appear in projects that prioritize comfort and a more sensory relationship with the home.

In the Living Evviva, by Fabiano, Tania, and Isabela Hayasaki, thenatural materials dialogue with the woodwork and lighting; at the Sua Casa Bem Vivida Electrolux, Fabrício Frezza and Gabriel Figueiredo combine wood, fibers, ceramics and fabrics in a light and welcoming proposal.
The history of a place can inspire projects without turning into a literal setting. In Terra Roxa, Carina Rezende and Maísa Andrade evoke the coffee culture, the red earth and the old farms of the region through fabrics, wood and woodwork.

Inherited pieces, photographs, collections and personal mementos help build homes with personality and emotional bonds.
Victoria Balbo - Cozinha da Nonna. Projeto da CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2026. (Keniche Santos/CASACOR)
This trend finds expression in Cozinha da Nonna, by Victoria Balbo, inspired by her grandmother's house and composed of cookbooks, crochet pieces and personal objects, and in Lembranças que Habitam, created by Interior Design students from SENAC Ribeirão Preto based on the stories kept within objects.

The appreciation of national production brings art and design to the center of the domestic experience. In Living Raízes, Morize Carvalho combines wood, vibrant colors and a Brazilian curatorship.

With greater attention to the different stages of life, projects focused on maturity seek to combine comfort and autonomy with a sophisticated language.
Caru Cunha - Quarto NOLT. Projeto da CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2026. (Victor Filomensky/CASACOR)
In the NOLT project, Caru Cunha draws on the New Older Living Trend concept to envision the space of a 60+ couple, incorporating fine materials, vintage pieces, photographs, and travel mementos.
More than decorating children's rooms, the proposal is to create projects that foster autonomy, creativity, and different ways of playing.
Adriana Fontana - O Primeiro Refúgio. Projeto da CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2026. (Victor Filomensky/CASACOR)
Adriana Fontana explores this idea in O Primeiro Refúgio, designed to grow along with the child, and in Ninho de Histórias, where reading, activities, and play share the same space.

As different activities begin to share the same space, flexibility becomes essential.

The Casa-Ateliê da Ceramista, by HR Arquitetura, brings domestic life and creative work closer together; the Varanda Morar, by Matheus Vilela, combines lounge, spa, and gourmet area in a project designed for varied uses.
