Felipe Rossi Arquitetura - Casa Limiar R. Diluir as margens entre ambientes internos e externos por meio de lâminas de vidro ajudou a trazer a paisagem tombada do Parque da Água Branca para perto deste pavilhão. A casa de 80 m² ganha contornos idílicos, mas com todo o conforto que a modernidade permite. “Reconhecemos a arquitetura como esse espaço de travessia, onde a simplicidade é construída com intenção”, comenta o arquiteto Felipe Rossi. Bancadas de aço inox se contrapõem às paredes esculturais de travertino rosso que avançam desde o hall, passando pelo living gourmet, pela suíte e pelo closet. Just notice how light changes the same room depending on the time of day to understand why it is one of the most powerful elements of an interior project. At CASACOR São Paulo 2026, we saw this presence stop being secondary: in several projects, light seems to have been incorporated into the decor alongside the furniture and art curation.

The route brings together very different solutions: openwork structures that filter light, floor-to-ceiling glass that dissolves the boundary between inside and outside, and cutouts in the ceiling that bring the treetops into the home. At Galeria Muxarabi, by Favaro Arquitetos, light first passes through a sieve: openwork metal panels embrace the 400 m perimeter of the show without covering the historic buildings of Parque da Água Branca, nor isolating the event from its surroundings. The entrance gallery, nearly 20 m long and assembled with the same muxarabis, works as a slightly labyrinthine portico, where the zigzag arrangement of the plates ensures plays of light and shadow in the transition between the park and the exhibition space.
At Cubikoo Pavilion, by Dutch designer Edward van Vliet, light passes through the cobogó and solid jequitibá panels that hide the prefabricated steel structure. The 50 m² of the modular and demountable pavilion articulate an indoor meditation space with an outdoor wellness area, joined by wood, ceramic, glass and brass — part of a broader research by the professional into regenerative architecture.
Gui & Dado Castello Branco - Apartamento Deca. Arrebatados pelo pé-direito alto, os janelões e a abundância de luz natural, os arquitetos Guilherme (à dir., na foto ao lado) e Dado Castello Branco apresentam um apartamento de 265 m² que poderia estar em qualquer lugar do mundo. O hall leva, de um lado, ao lavabo de visual ousado (com paredes e forro revestidos de tecido listrado bordô) e, em frente, à varanda com paisagismo de Daniel Nunes. Então, adentra-se o living neutro, integrado à cozinha e com atmosfera de sala de música, permeado de livros e obras de arte. At Apartamento Deca, by Gui & Dado Castello Branco, the high ceiling and large windows are the starting point of a 265 m² apartment designed to have light in abundance. The hall leads to the powder room, clad in burgundy striped fabric, and to the veranda with landscaping by Daniel Nunes, before opening onto a neutral living room integrated with the kitchen, with the atmosphere of a music room.
PN + | Paula Neder - Carmim. Uma mulher madura que honra a própria história é a moradora imaginária do loft de 84 m² dotado de releituras contemporâneas da tradição francesa, como as boiseries e molduras nas paredes. A clássica base em branco e preto (reiterada por telas em grande formato de Raul Mourão) ganha toques de carmim e compõe um refúgio recheado de arte, artesanias, texturas e espaço para o autocuidado (note a bicicleta ergométrica perto da cama). A decoração exalta os têxteis, como as cortinas com estampa de Dominique Jardy. No living se destacam a colagem de Bebel Franco entre os janelões e o móbile de Eugenio Vojkovic no canto. In Carmim, by PN+ | Paula Neder, the large windows frame part of the art repertoire of the 84 sq m loft, such as the collage by Bebel Franco, in a space that mixes reinterpretations of the French tradition with touches of carmine.

In Casa Limiar R., by Felipe Rossi Arquitetura, floor-to-ceiling glass panels dissolve the boundary between inside and outside, bringing the listed landscape of Parque da Água Branca into the 80 sq m pavilion. Stainless steel countertops contrast with the sculptural walls of travertino rosso that run through the hall, the gourmet living room, the suite and the closet.

In the same Casa Limiar R., light reappears from another angle: a skylight in the ceiling reveals the treetops, in a solution that Felipe Rossi describes as as unexpected as it is elegant — proof that, within a single project, light can enter through more than one path.
Volar Interiores - Casa Ecomorada. A pequena cabana vermelha de 60 m² pulsa como um coração em meio ao verde do Parque da Água Branca. A cor deriva de um verniz que mantém aparentes os veios da madeira garapeira. Assinado pelas designers de interiores Erica Gonçalves e Cinthia Gontijo, o projeto de linhas simples, erguido com sistema construtivo modular de forma a otimizar a ocupação do terreno, contempla o estar com sala de jantar e cozinha integradas, além de varanda e uma rampa lateral para acessibilidade. No interior, a claraboia projeta a luz natural e oferece a vista do céu. In Casa Ecomorada, by Volar Interiores, the skylight plays a similar role, but on a different scale. The 60 m² red cabin, designed by interior designers Erica Gonçalves and Cinthia Gontijo, uses the cutout in the ceiling to cast natural light and open up a view of the sky within a modular project built with a focus on accessibility and low impact on the land.
