Complete Experience

It all started at the last CASA COR São Paulo . Among the approximately 70 projects presented at the event, which took place between May 25 and July 12 at the city's Jockey Club, Gafisa stood out for offering visitors the opportunity to see a prototype of an entire apartment, intended to promote the future project “067 Hermann Jr.” While other companies, in general, were given a smaller space to showcase their new projects, Gafisa had an area of approximately 300 square meters available – allowing people to truly experience what it was like to be in a real unit, with all the rooms fully furnished and decorated. “We presented the most modern architecture, decoration and finishing, allowing people to experience all of this in a project that will become reality”, highlights Octávio Flores, Business Director at Gafisa. The space, which will remain at the Jockey Club in São Paulo until March 2016, also participated in the São Paulo Design Week – DW! Design Weekend.

Focus on innovation

Imagine entering the prototype of the “067 Hermann Jr.” development, set up at the Jockey Club in São Paulo, and coming face to face with a large green area belonging to the Alto de Pinheiros neighborhood. This was one of the surprises that Gafisa prepared for its visitors. Based on innovative technological resources, it was possible to watch a panoramic simulation of the view from the property’s balcony, with real images of sunrise and sunset over the wooded surroundings and the landscape of the site where the building will be constructed.

Urban trend

Gafisa’s contemporary approach is evident from the construction phase of projects to their completion. In the year in which CASA COR São Paulo defined its theme as “Brazilianness” – a proposal to revive trends in national culture, colors and art –, the company invested in graphics and urban art to decorate both the façade of the project and the walls of some interior spaces. In addition, it exhibited works by renowned national artists, such as Sergio Matos, one of the most recent highlights at the International Furniture Fair in Milan, Italy. “The apartment’s decor, designed by Cilene Monteiro Lupi, is inspired by collectors’ homes,” says Flores.
