The result was announced at the closing of CASACOR RS, this Sunday (4), which also marked the show's 35th anniversary in Rio Grande do Sul. Between August 12 and October 4, more than 30,000 people visited the former Terminal 2 of Salgado Filho International Airport, in Porto Alegre, occupied by CASACOR for the second consecutive year.

1st place — Estar a Gusto, by DLP Arquitetura (Lívia Fett and Kadu Chitão)

The result repeats, now at the top of the podium, DLP Arquitetura's presence among the award winners. In 2025, the studio had finished in second place with Cozinha de Estar.

2nd place — Álbum Bella Decor, by Poema Arquitetura (Ana Paula Mielke and Josué Michels)

The idea of an album still without photographs guides the 80 m² Álbum Bella Decor. Ana Paula Mielke and Josué Michels start from this image to think of the home as the setting for everyday stories.

The top three finishers received the "Facetas" trophy, created by sculptor Hidalgo Adams especially for the Correio do Povo Best CASACOR Project 2026 Award.

Made of marble and weighing about five kilos, the piece represents the different facets people take on throughout life and the ability to adapt to different contexts without losing one's own essence.

The edition that celebrated 35 years of CASACOR in Rio Grande do Sul also marked the second consecutive year of the show at the former Terminal 2 of Salgado Filho Airport, in an occupation that brings the exhibition closer to one of the places linked to the recent history of Porto Alegre.
