Modernity, integration and balance: these are the characteristics that most shine through in Loft 750 , designed by architect Leo Maia for CASACOR Paraíba 2018. Every detail was designed to be functional and meet the needs of a cosmopolitan audience that is passionate about travel.
The private surroundings of the space are filled with a water mirror and an aquatic garden, in line with CASACOR 's 2018 theme, The Living House . Practically connected to it is the construction: a transparent glass box with sliding doors, allowing the fusion between interior and exterior. This harmony enables a real sensory experience for the occupant.
The lighting is yellowish and precisely directed. This is because almost all of the light is natural, and enters the Loft from practically every angle. The furniture is not excessive, after all, this is a traveler's home. Therefore , the rooms are multifunctional, inspired by the architecture and aesthetics of buildings in large cities.
