Ocean Líder Loft – Bethania Tejo. Composed of a gourmet living room, studio, bedroom, bathroom and closet, all integrated, the environment was inspired by a couple who enjoy leading a healthy life by the sea. The color palette is based on the brown and orange tones of autumn, and the furniture's main materials are wood, leather and cotton fabrics.

FUJI – Anabel Alvarez and Andresa Montenegro. This is a space for self-valuation and care. Brushed granite and pebbles massage the feet of occupants, who can walk through the water mirror. The furniture focuses on comfort, the lighting is diffused and wood is the material that covers the entire environment, all with the sound of running water in the background.

Officina Studio – Larissa Vinagre. Integrated and multifunctional, the space was designed to be versatile, and can host business or family meetings. Comprising a living room with a gourmet area, bedroom and bathroom, a special touch is the red ceramic tile floor. Northeastern culture is highlighted in the works of art and design pieces.

Urban Spa - Andréia Julinda and Camila Soares. The challenge for these professionals was to create a place for relaxation not only for the body, but also for the mind of its occupants. Iron, metal and oxidized steel were the materials chosen by the architects to create a lavatory with the same contemporary style as the It Club. Colorful doors and industrial-style pendants sit side by side with greenery and golden elements. The entire set is immersed in a scent of wet earth.

Facade - Karla Barros. The inspiration for oriental folding appears in the geometric and three-dimensional frame that surrounds the doors of the exhibition and in the external sculpture. To reinforce CASACOR's 2018 theme, A Casa Viva, the professional positions the brand's logo in the center of a vertical garden and chooses to preserve the sign and part of the facade of the original building.

Living and Adega da Praia – Bruna Sá. Low graphite-colored ceiling, wide MDF slats and several works of art create the sophisticated, yet laid-back and intimate atmosphere of Adega da Praia. The colors of the works, along with some points of color in the furniture designed by both natural and international professionals, bring charm to the space. Between September 19 and November 4, the city of João Pessoa will host the second edition of CASACOR Paraíba . In 2016, the show was held in a 1950s house designed by architect Acácio Gil Borsoi, with landscaping by Roberto Burle Marx. Maintaining its close ties with great names in architecture, the 2018 venue is the Tambaú Hotel, one of the most iconic landmarks in the capital. It was designed by Sérgio Bernardes in the 1960s. Under the leadership of franchisees Cesar Revorêdo and Ricardo Castro, sixty professionals came together and created 32 spaces with the themeA Casa Viva . The goal is to present to the public the most innovative and renowned works in the areas of decoration, architecture, landscaping and design. “Once again, CASACOR Paraíba brings a cast that includes the main offices in the state. The show offers professionals large and generous spaces, which allow for an even greater highlight of the projects”, says Revorêdo. With over 20 thousand visitors in the first edition, expectations for CASACOR Paraíba 2018 are high. A new feature this year is the various entertainment options: the bar and gastronomic spaces such as restaurants, bakeries and confectioneries will be available for the enjoyment of visitors.
