The coziness of
Tartuferia – one of the restaurants at
CASACOR São Paulo 2017 – is made up of rustic elements such as the wood floor and the leather of an extensive carpet, and is counterpointed by the steel and mirrors in the kitchen, which are modern counterpoints. The space is divided into a dining room , bar and kitchen. "The latter is high-tech, which refers to the excellence of contemporary gastronomy. The room has bright colors and suggests a relaxed atmosphere", explains Jansen, who designed the project in partnership with architect Juliana Nogueira.
The bar, in turn, is covered in blue carpet. The furniture and lamps from the 1960s, shaped like artichokes, give it a retro feel: "a constant in my work", he says.
The wood on the floor, the ceiling in the color Mint and retro furniture, with a sixties feel, suggest a country feel to the dining room, where you can enjoy contemporary dishes. The space was operated by
Tartuferia San Paolo , which participated in the exhibition for the first time. The menu
consisted of the restaurant's classics, such as the famous breaded brie with truffle honey, grilled octopus with black garlic, white truffle honey and pepper and chocolamour with 70 chocolate. % and black truffles, mascarpone ice cream with white truffles and Bambi's original sweet farofa.
