The project Between Vineyards and Silence, signed by the studio Cleber Telles Arquitetura, invites you to enjoy a warm atmosphere where the colors transport you to woody wineries or to a stroll through the vineyards. A space designed for the feelings of the soul and heart that can reach the most intrinsic places of the mind. With the presence of striking characters from the plantations, such as insects and hares, a setting of introspection and contemplation was created.

Signed by the studio Jacobus Buzzi Arquitetos, L(ar) is born from the encounter between mind and heart, transforming architecture into breath, permanence, and sensation. In an accelerated and hyperconnected world, the project proposes exactly the opposite: a return to the essence of living. Amid light, textures, nature, and sensory experiences, the living room invites you to slow down, stay, and create bonds. A space where architecture is no longer just a setting and becomes experience, affection, and belonging.

The Living Pulsar is born from the encounter between mind and heart, transforming architecture into emotion. Inspired by ancestry and the beauty of what endures, the project signed by Ketlin Bueno awakens memories, affections, and sensations through welcoming light, soft curves, wood, stone, and textures. More than aesthetics, the space proposes a sensitive and contemporary experience, where past and present connect in an atmosphere that welcomes, moves, and keeps pulsing.

Casa Âmago

Casa Âmago is born as a sensory refuge amid the excesses of contemporary life. Integrating living room, bedroom, and bathroom in a silent, welcoming, and intimate atmosphere, the project values the essence of dwelling through the authenticity of natural materials, such as wood, stone, cotton, and linen. The space signed by Mariana Maisonnave was designed for slowing down, staying, and reconnecting with the essential, characteristics that sensitively translate the architect's identity, already established in the CASACOR SC trajectory.

Estar Nexo

Estar Nexo proposes a reflection on the way we relate to each other today. Inspired by the film Her, the project emerges as a counterpoint to relationships mediated by technology, valuing coexistence, contemplation, and permanence. Hall, kitchen, living, and dining integrate in a continuous experience, where the nexus appears as a connection between people, emotions, and experiences through space. The project was designed by Ricardo Bolsi.

Living Raízes do Sentir

The Living Raízes do Sentir, designed by Jeane Silva Arquitetura de Interiores, translates the atmosphere of a contemporary country house into a welcoming, elegant, and sensorial project. With an MDF laminated panel and floor, a neutral palette, organic furniture, and a rustic chic language, the space values coziness, connection with nature, and well-being, proposing a sophisticated pause in contemporary living.

Living Bar - Um Futuro Com Memórias

Inspired by the concept “Future with Memories", the living bar designed by Manu Pagliosa reframes the former living spaces as places of gathering, permanence, and coexistence. Soft tones, intimate lighting, and tactile materials create a welcoming and contemporary atmosphere. Natural stones, deep woods, metals, and textured fabrics compose the project, which also incorporates signature design pieces by Emanoella Pagliosa, presented during her debut in Milan.

Living Memórias do Tempo

The space translates the encounter between contemporary urban life and the strength of family memories. The project, developed by Gouveia e Bertoldi Design de Interiores, combines concrete, metal, and technology with the warmth of wood, natural textures, and inherited objects that carry stories. More than a sophisticated and functional project, it preserves warmth, gatherings, and affective roots. A contemporary refuge that proves that, even surrounded by the city, it is our origins that sustain us.

Avell Desvio Rubro

Avell Desvio Rubro challenges the global technological imagination. Instead of the white, cold and aseptic future associated with the tech universe, the project proposes a Latin American vision of technology: red, tropical, dense and sensorial. Between architecture, design and high performance, the space transforms heat, matter, light, vapor and reddish rocks into cultural language, shifting innovation from neutrality to a physical, atmospheric, critical, contemporary and deeply territorial experience. The signature is by the office Jeferson Branco Arquitetura.
