This choice speaks directly to CASACOR's 2026 theme, "Mind and Heart", and also to the concept of Pericó Residence, host of this edition and the first themed development in Brazil inspired by the world of wine. In this context, architects, designers and landscapers explore the color palette to build spaces where color no longer serves merely an aesthetic function but organizes the narrative of the projects. Earthy tones, intense greens, beiges, burgundies, reds, natural woods and mineral nuances help create spaces that encourage contemplation and translate an architecture designed to slow us down.

The power of natural palettes

Much of this atmosphere is born from the combination of natural materials and a palette of discreet tones. Light and dark woods, natural stones, travertines, quartzites, exposed concrete and linen fabrics come together with shades of sand, beige, fendi, caramel and brown to compose sophisticated projects, with a timeless aesthetic and no excesses.

This language extends to outdoor areas, where vegetation integrates with mineral surfaces and light-colored finishes. Concrete dialogues with clays and ochres, while warm lighting highlights textures and brings interior and exterior together, reinforcing the sense of balance present throughout the show.

White as a breath of air

In contrast to the more intense tones, some projects find their strength in the delicacy of off-white. The color of the year, Pantone Cloud Dancer, appears as a symbol of lightness, softly reflecting the light and creating silent, contemplative atmospheres.

If neutrals establish the foundation of the exhibition, burgundies, earthy reds and wine tones are responsible for imprinting personality on several projects. Present in kitchens, living rooms, restaurants and corporate spaces, these tones evoke the earth, fire, the heart and, naturally, wine.

Throughout the exhibition, each project interprets this palette in a particular way, but they all share the same principle: using color as a design element, capable of building atmospheres, highlighting materials and awakening sensations. More than decorating, chromatic choices reinforce the idea that architecture can also be perceived through emotions.
