Marton Studio by designer, visual artist and set designer José Marton was chosen as the winner of the 5th RDI Brazil Retail Design Award 2017 in two categories: “pop-up store” and “Sustainability Award” with Armazem do Marton , one of the commercial spaces from CASACOR São Paulo 2017. The project highlights the use of few materials for the construction of space and versatility for changing layout and visual merchandising, which receives various types of decorative items and pieces signed by Brazilian and international designers.
The award includes professionals involved in the creation of projects for retail, including architects, designers and visual merchandisers, as well as offices and companies. The 12 categories cover several areas, including: shop windows, supermarkets, convenience stores, food stores. , pop-up stores, cafes, bars and restaurants, kiosks, among others. Special awards include the following categories: sustainability, Store of the Year, lighting, visual communication and visual merchandising.
