Salone del Mobile , in its 58th edition, pays tribute to the illustrious Italian with the installation
"Aqua" (water), a natural element much studied by the architect, artist, engineer and scientist. The project, conceived by artistic director Marco Balich, open to the public until April 14, at one of the dam gates in the Brera neighborhood, in the Conca dell'Incoronata, takes visitors on a journey through time: from the past to the present and even to the future. The canal has gained a large LED reflecting pool that changes every hour. "It is very gratifying to see the Salone del Mobile, the most important design event in the world, celebrating Leonardo da Vinci with an installation created to occupy a space designed by this great genius of humanity", commented Marco Balich, who thanked Claudio Luti, president of Salone, for supporting the initiative.
