Inspired by the theme "Mind and Heart", Geraldo Lino signs Presença – Espaço Gourmet Deca, the brand's project at CASACOR Espírito Santo 2026. Its 91 sqm invite an experience that involves welcoming guests warmly, cooking as an expression of affection, and sharing moments.
The open floor plan integrates kitchen, dining, and living areas, in a configuration that celebrates gatherings and encourages togetherness. "The kitchen is that place where people come closer, share stories, and build memories around the table. I wanted to translate this feeling into an integrated project, welcoming and connected to nature," says the architect, highlighting the kitchen as the center of the composition and the focus of the main occasions for socializing.

From the entrance, the living area presents a welcoming atmosphere that combines natural materials, soft lighting, and a sophisticated palette of earthy tones, greens, and red. Biophilia has a strong presence with natural light and ventilation, as well as the gardens – incorporated into the home's routine through a large window, which invites nature to be part of everyday experiences, reinforcing an atmosphere of tranquility, comfort, and quality of life.
An imposing natural stone wall and furniture with organic shapes provide an elegant and timeless setting. The experience is further enriched by the works of visual artists Kyria Oliveira, Moacyr Travaglia, and Diego Rodrigues, who add sensitivity, identity, and depth to the projects, transforming it into a space of memories and connections.

Marina Crocomo, Marketing and Design director at Dexco, says the Espírito Santo show allows Deca to be presented with a contemporary look at living and in projects where the kitchen takes on this place of gathering and togetherness, and where the bathroom complements the sense of welcome and well-being. "In Geraldo Lino's project, the brand's solutions accompany a proposal that values preparation, hosting, and everyday well-being, with functionality and integration between spaces," she says.

In the kitchen, the support countertop brings together the barbecue and the main solutions used in the projects. The Farm Sink Inox basin revives the reference of American kitchens, concentrating preparation, washing, and socializing. For added convenience, the Enjoy Pro single-lever faucet provides filtered, chilled, and sparkling water, and the Suprema Square Sensor Bin 50 L Inox completes the set with presence-sensor opening, antifinger technology, and ozone release, which contributes to daily hygiene.

On the central island, the highlight is the surface clad in Petra Carpigiano Cinza Mate (Portinari). Integrated into the kitchen, the bar features the Freijó Imperial pattern (Duratex). The space serves preparation and serving moments while preserving the visual unity of the project. To establish a continuous base throughout the project, the chosen porcelain flooring was Carpigiano (Portinari).
In the bathroom, Deca products ensure comfort, design and functionality. Made of architectural concrete, the Etrusco basin in sage color was developed in partnership with Castelatto. The piece combines a polished internal finish, natural texture on the external face, thick edges and a hidden drain.

The Soho Chrome toilet paper holder complements the composition with clean lines, while the Select Eco Wall Shower offers comfort and eco jets, a version that provides up to 40% reduction in water consumption. The set preserves the visual unity of the project and extends to the bathroom the atmosphere of care and protection proposed for the entire home.
With nearly 80 years of history, Deca is the largest manufacturer of sanitary ware and metals in the Southern Hemisphere and a leader in the Brazilian market, as well as an exporter to four continents. It is part of Dexco, the largest house of brands in Brazil's construction, renovation and decoration sector.
