CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Aurora Terrace - BC Arquitetura. Inspired by the contemporary and minimalist poetics that guide the new home, the duo Bruno Carvalho and Camila Avelar created the 130m² space that follows a delicate narrative. Defined as a sensorial experience, the project exudes signature design, as well as artistic interventions and an incredible 7m ceiling height. It was designed so that guests can breathe, sigh and reconnect through the elements present there.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2019. Leila Bittencourt - Loft Coral #Co.living. Good design, color and humor, in this space to hang out. With an open plan and furniture that can be grouped in different ways, this room could be in a single-family home, multi-family home or co-living. Another detail is the way the architect took advantage of and redefined original elements of the building, such as beams and pipes.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2019. Victor Niskier - Leituratech. In technological times, an automated reading room divided into five zones. There is room for dynamic, intimate, comfortable reading, sitting and writing. The decor is a reinterpretation of art deco with well-defined geometry, taking advantage of the height of the ceiling to add another environment. The space offers audiovisual content and allows each visitor to interact with the place.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2019. Marcia and Manu Müller - Collector's Room. To ensure that the works take center stage, an environment that combines intimacy and minimalism. “We created an almost transparent ambiance,” says Marcia. The furniture and fabrics are white or in light shades of gray. Some of the furniture is new and others are recreated from old pieces. All of the works were loaned by Cássia Bomeny Galeria.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2019. Cristiana Mascarenhas and Mariana Mascarenhas - Billiard Room. Instead of going heavy on the tones, the duo opted for pink and a tropical atmosphere. The mix of elements makes everything more interesting, featuring fabrics, ropes, natural fibers, recycled wood and antique pieces. Glass shelves fill the high ceiling with ease. On the windows, fabrics with leaf prints continue the green landscape outside.

Minimalist, the space combines the warmth of wood, the lightness of natural fabrics and the functionality of furniture by young Brazilian designers. The window is covered with an overlap that allows light to flow through. The slatted wall is another permeable element, used on the sides of the space. The swings contribute to the playful, cozy and romantic atmosphere.

CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2019. Patrícia Makhoul, Lucas Martinelli and Áurea Degani - Family Room. For a family with a story to tell, a relaxed space. A mood that allows you to transform the bicycle into a piece of decoration, placed alongside objects brought back from memorable trips. The screen brings everyone together to watch a series, and the indirect light welcomes you, coming from the sides and the stone furniture. One detail: the house's original flooring, made of brazilwood, was certainly maintained.

In this environment with multiple possibilities, the modular floor with perforations allows the insertion of rods in the shape of branches, to delimit spaces. CASACOR Pernambuco 2019. Sala Do Profeta - C&D Arquitetura. “... Wine taught me respect for nature, differences and the value of details in preparation. Work is behind success and, after the transformation process, is the most beautiful thing in life” (Hernanes, the prophet). This maxim belongs to Hernanes, a spectacular football player. From his time in Italian clubs, he gained his passion and knowledge for wines and the environment. It is a celebration of the achievements of this icon of Brazilian football. The palette of earthy tones, wood, natural stones and green leather refer to nature, the earth, and strength.

CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Foyer Bienvenue - Lisandro Piloni. The project is the gateway to the other 74 spaces in the exhibition. A 12m wide space and a 5m high ceiling shape the entrance to the space that combines elements of pop art with the classic base of boiseries, typical of the 17th and 18th centuries. Further on, a large carpeted hall leads to the staircase with a bright red walkway, worthy of the striking scenes of royalty. Contemporary works of art, in canvases and sculptures, provide the contrast between the new and the old. Modern furniture creates a large room that serves as the ticket office for the event.

The contemporary furniture designed by Marylia Nogueira embraces pieces that are fond of the resident. With soft colors, it is the space to welcome the family with elegance and personality. The lighting fixtures by Jader Almeida, together with the lighting set design, harmonize with the tones, textures and delicacy without excess.

CASACOR Pernambuco 2019. Reception Room - Nejaim Azevedo Arquitetos associated. A space to welcome friends, whether for dinner, a chat or a game of pool. This is the inspiration for the project, which offers two integrated spaces for socializing, the living and dining rooms. The sunrise of a tropical forest represented in the panel “Botánico Mañana”, by Spanish Designer Jose Manuel Hortelano-Pi brings warmth and comfort.

The space reveals its Scandinavian essence in the use of simple materials, designer pieces and the precise curation of works of art. Note the rug, with a pattern that refers to piano keys.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2019. Carol Horta and Júlia Belisário - Fireplace Room. Proving that sophistication can also be cozy, the space features the Pétala table by Jorge Zalzupin, as well as its Onda bench, to highlight its taste for Brazilian design. In addition to these, the small wooden armchair is designed by Zanine Caldas, and in synergy with the Tonico armchair by Sérgio Rodrigues. In the background, the Alta armchair, the pouf and the side table are by Niemeyer, in a language common to all the furniture.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2019. Pedro Lázaro - Main Room and Dining Room. In the living room, the marble architectural element is not exactly a gourmet kitchen, but it allows the finishing of dishes by concentrating a cooktop, a support bowl and the family sink. It is worth noting how the original elements were preserved and restored, such as the walls covered in Riga pine and the floor in peroba parquet. The lamp-installation is a partnership between multi-artist Rita Lessa and A. de Arte.

A type of living room-balcony that harmoniously combines technological elements with the organic shapes of nature. The sparse furniture with few colors proposes a modern style.

CASACOR Miami 2019. Family Room - Allan Malouf. The elegant room represents a major change from his 2018 project for CASACOR Miami. “Last year, we created a very colorful space,” says Malouf. “Our project this season is all about a neutral color palette. The off-white, light gray and warm walnut tones create a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere. The large L-shaped sofa, right in the center of the room, can comfortably accommodate family and guests. As a nod to his Brazilian origins, the interior designer selected natural materials from South America. They appear in the wooden floor and bookshelves, as well as in the marble stone that frames the TV.

CASACOR Miami 2019. Altis Ornamentum - Moniomi. For its second round of participation at CASACOR Miami, Moniomi decided to pursue a sports-themed event, as was done in the last edition of the show. Highlighting the active interaction within the space, this time visitors will be able to play with furniture at all scales. The studio custom-designed each piece - with the exception of the seesaw, designed by Gabriela Noelle. The room is covered entirely in wallpaper reminiscent of the Greco-Roman style. The color palette was inspired by the varying hues of daylight across the sky.

CASACOR Miami 2019. Artsy Room - Sig Bergamin. Renowned for his maximalist style, Brazilian interior designer Sig Bergamin creates a room full of color for CASACOR Miami 2019. “My world is colorful. The mix of tones, excess and irreverence are the hallmarks of my work,” says Sig. The project showcases a bold combination of red, blue, green and gold. Design pieces include armchairs and tables by Vladimir Kagan, a sofa by Paul McCobb for Ralph Pucci and side tables by Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. Carefully selected art rounds out the final round in a space to behold. Pieces by Brazilian artist André Poli and American neo-expressionist Hunt Slonem mingle with irreverent art by David Sorey and Lina Sinisterra.

Casa Oak | 02 - Moacir Schmitt Jr. and Sálvio Moraes Jr. To present a contemporary and symbolic look at living, the duo from the renowned Studio CASAdesign presents CASA OAK | 02, a complete 185m2 residence that promises to awaken in each visitor the desire to live in the space. Designed to bring the public a latent feeling of welcome and well-being, the construction has a large living room, integrated kitchen and dining room, a suite and a bucolic outdoor garden, designed by Kalil Ferre, which reinforces the atmosphere of refuge, belonging, in addition to the impression of being entirely in a home.

CASACOR Miami 2019. Light Room by Deca - Leo Shehtman. Brazilian architect Leo Shehtman is a well-known veteran of interior design fairs, having participated many times in CASACOR São Paulo since the brand’s inception. For his CASACOR Miami project, he designed the perfect place for family and friends to gather, combining a small dining and bar area with a comfortable living room filled with contemporary Brazilian design furniture. Some walls are partially covered in synthetic surfaces and others feature gradient wallpaper – all in a very refined and neutral color palette. The lighting design project adds a modern touch to the room with its industrial inspiration and black finishes.

The mood of the space is clear, a breath of fresh air for the eyes. The main color of the room is white, which predominates and affirms the concept of the space that houses a kitchen, dining room, living room, bar and toilet in 100 m².

CASACOR Espírito Santo 2019. Casa da Ilha - Sérgio Palmeira. The bedroom, living room, gourmet area and bathroom share the 300 m², with glazing that also reveals the outdoor area and a 180° view of the landscape from Convento da Penha to Camburi Beach. The project has a contemporary feel, and the predominant tone is dark, in contrast to the brightness of the place. Thus, the gray tone of the MDF appears in the lining of the walls and ceilings. Italian furniture reaffirms the luxurious vocation of the space, together with design pieces by Jader Almeida and Ronald Sasson.

CASACOR Miami 2019. Guimar Urbina Interiors - I am an influencer. There’s no doubt that a home decor show like CASACOR is bound to become a hot topic on social media. However, Guimar Urbina took this idea to the next level by creating a stylish design specifically for hosting influencers and bloggers. The room features a workspace with tables and chairs for meetings, on-site content development, and even photo ops. The interior designer also carefully selected the perfect backdrops—with a variety of options mounted on rotating panels—for the ideal selfie.

The starting point of the project was the composition of a space where the resident feels comfortable and welcomed in the company of their affective objects that hold affection and memories. The 115m² space offers fluid and minimalist environments, including a living room, kitchen with dining room, patio and master suite, avoiding ready-made formulas and the stereotype of a colorful Bahia. However, it expresses in every detail the architect's special connection with his homeland in a sober way, rich in art, style and poetry. Seeking to convey an elegant and at the same time rustic essence, the professional opted for a clean architecture, abundant in straight lines, with specific curves that make an analogy to the Bahian Recôncavo.

Architect and interior designer Stephanie Mattos reproduced the feeling of being in a fraternity of good friends, good conversation and good wine in an environment full of art and comfort. The photographs, Almandrade's canvases and sculptures were specially chosen to enhance the space. The color of the boiserie and the textures make the environment harmonious and sophisticated, ready to generate good memories and celebrate special moments with friends and family.

CASACOR Bahia 2019. Blue Scheme Intimate Room – Daniela Alencar. Architect and interior designer, Daniela uses a luxurious blue tone scheme to demonstrate her taste for a classic style mixed with contemporary works of art and exclusive furniture. The Intimate Room, measuring 29 m², has an atmosphere of serenity and harmony with the use of plaster, porcelain tiles, hardwood floors and a mirrored bookshelf. The space — as is the trend of the contemporary plan — seeks to bring together multiple activities: a comfortable sofa for watching movies and a games table that turns into a food dish, in a place where joy and family are always present.

Aiming to be a fluid and authentic space, the Dining Room features elegant décor, based on a minimalist design, with sober and discreet colors, in a spacious and comfortable environment, full of works of art and noble materials. Wooden and slatted panels embrace the room, integrated with the open bar, creating a functional and cozy environment. The exclusive rugs and designer furniture stand out, as do the motorized curtains and blinds, in soft tones. Works of art and sculptures on display decorate the environment. The open bar, with a wine cellar and beer cooler, invites you to a moment of relaxation and conviviality. Lighting pieces enhance the environment and the green of the plants is used as a wildcard.

CASACOR Ceará 2019. Guest Room - Brenda Rolim. The space brings the concept of the typical guest room of the past: to welcome and communicate to visitors the tastes and values of its residents. In a space topped by a cable-stayed barrel vault, the room combines materials and furniture from the Northeast with the space. Much of what was already there was repaired and cleaned: the concrete texture of the vault; the frames; the exposed bricks. The set of modular pieces form a layout that allows new arrangements of the space. Highlight the reuse of furniture and raw materials. The sofa, for example, is the same one that was used in the room the previous year and the floor was developed with leftovers from the industry.

Inspired by the Beat Generation, a group of North American writers and poets from the 1950s and 1960s with a nomadic lifestyle, and the work On The Road, by Jack Kerouac, the house is the place where concerns can be calmed. It was designed for lovers of coffee, literature, jazz, meditation and those eager to travel the world, to rest and prepare for the next adventure. In the environment, a beautiful garden, a room for entertaining friends with a balcony and a soaking tub, as well as a practical and well-equipped kitchen with a large natural wood table and modern products. The suite has a study bench, comfortable bed, closet and a bathroom completely covered with natural stones and views of the house's garden. In the color palette, soft tones.

CASACOR Brasília 2019. Studio Gontijo Arquitetura e Interiores - Planeta Brasília. Architect Gabriela Gontijo designed the 145m² space, prioritizing comfort and technology without losing the connection with the history of Brasília. The space is a mix of office, lounge, sales stand, living room and dining room, all with a residential feel. Pivoting mashrabiya panels integrate the spaces while providing privacy to the different areas. Carefully chosen vegetation, a reflecting pool, natural light, suspended marble benches and nationally designed furniture complete the setting.

CASACOR Brasília 2019. Ney Lima - Casa Capital. The presence of technology in the home flows in this wall-free space, which establishes an organic connection between the living room, bedroom, bathroom and closet in 92 m². The modular sofa and furniture by Jader Almeida allow for various compositions, and this is the intention. To maintain privacy in the bathroom, the ultra-thin display inserted between two sheets of glass becomes transparent or opaque when activated. In the background, the highlight is the 21 m² LED panel with images of nature.

CASACOR Bolivia 2019. TV room - Ivan Lengstorff and Renato Trujillo. The duo incorporated the bricks that were used in siding and added noble woods, such as oak and others, used in the furniture and the slatted panel. Soft linen upholstery matches the concrete tones of the walls and the metallic details. A highlight is the window, which has a floating table in front overlooking the garden.

In his project, the architect brings the representation of sensations, moments, feelings and identity of the mature woman, in her 40s, passionate about fashion, photography, art and design. The atmosphere of the room has a scent of the 70s and 80s, which perfectly complements the classic base.

It integrates functions for relaxation, conversation, games and the small bar: the house is a living planet, after all. The space explores the diversity of materials in coverings and furniture, with textures and colors that warm up the look.

Casa 245 - Laís Galvão. The uncomplicated loft of Casa 245 was inspired by the simple and brilliant design of architects such as Oscar Niemeyer and Lina Bo Bardi. The spaces integrate the functions of the home, providing great practicality for daily activities. The large concrete and wood panel connects the living room and bedroom, providing a sense of visual continuity. The space takes us on a grand tour of Bahian art and Brazilian design, with highlights including the Oscar armchair, the Tripé chair and the works of Mário Cravo Jr. and Emanuel Araújo.

CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Casa Grão by Starbucks at Home - Très Arquitetura. Signing, for the first time, the project of a complete residence in the show, Fernanda Tegacini, Fernanda Morais and Nathalia Mouco, partners at Très Arquitetura, were guided by the concept of the grain, which is defined not only by the birth of coffee, but by the principle of abundant lives, to develop the 100m2 space. Based on the premises of a generation that seeks a more detached, altruistic and humanized life, the architects were also inspired by the lines of Mies Van Der Rohe's pavilion in Barcelona, and created a space in the shape of a glass box, which includes a living room, dining room with a small kitchen, terrace and a master suite.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Norte 2019. Paula Corrêa and Socorro Galvão - Living do Café. In the colonial period, coffee rooms were spaces that extended chat after a dinner between friends. The habit is revived in this project from a contemporary perspective, which presents the contrast between light wood and the stillness of dark tones, especially the marble that covers the walls.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Norte 2019. Duda Almeida and Vanessa Borges - Dining Room and Lounge. In the 40 m² space, the dining table is the center of attention, spacious and perfect for hosting dinners and meetings. The hutch keeps crockery always close at hand. For a cozy result, the ceiling and one of the walls were covered in natural freijó. Highlight is the art collection presented, with paintings by Mocó, Marília Bulhões and Roberto Lúcio, sculpture by Demetrius Coelho, decorative necklace by Yana Coelho, Cabeças de Cida and Neguinha, and pieces by Zezinho de Tracunhaém.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Norte 2019. Renata Matos - Varanda das Dunas. The project is more than just a balcony and combines a dining room, home theater and kitchen. Technology is present in the automation, with gas burners directly on the countertop, induction chargers for smartphones and linear air conditioning on the ceiling. The contrast comes from the strength of natural materials, such as rock on the walls, zinc-titanium sunshades and wooden flooring. Highlights include the cabinets that, when closed, transform into a large decorative panel.
