Box 21, Beta Architecture- CASACOR Rio 2017 (André Nazareth)
New York lofts were the inspiration for professionals Bernardo Gaudie-Ley and Tânia Braida, from Beta Arquitetura, to create The Box 21 at CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2017. The goal was to build an environment with a cosmopolitan feel, but with integrated spaces and functional. To achieve this, the duo opted for shades of gray and black with touches of green and pink for the palette.
The name “ The Box 21 ” comes from the unusual bathroom design inside a fluted glass box. The idea came from the high ceilings that AQWA Corporate offers. The “box” is open at the back to house a garden of ferns designed by landscaper Carmen Mouro.
In terms of furniture, the highlight is the dining table with a black marble top and rose gold metal legs, accompanied by beautiful chairs by Jader Almeida.
