Last year, Sputnik lamps were a trend at exhibitions across the country, bringing charm and design to spaces.

Sputnik consisted of a sphere approximately 58 cm in diameter and weighing almost 87 kg, from which four antennas protruded. Fascinated by the satellite's achievements and the mysteries of the Universe, designers and architects were inspired by Sputnik to create their pieces. The lamp of the same name It was a hit in the 1960s and still occupies spaces today. Its concept is simple: a core with rods and lights at the end. Years later, the Sputnik lamp gained new versions, such as the one by designer Ana Neute, with larger glass globes and more organic contours.
