Barbara Gomes and Giulliana Pinhero Savioli, from Studio 011 Arquitetura, were the professionals chosen to sign the Casa Moysés space at CASASCOR São Paulo 2018 . The environment was designed to present visitors with the latest news from the brand that operates in the bed and bath segments in Brazil.
With 80 m², the project is divided into two parts – the store covered in wooden slats, in a gray tone, chosen based on the new line of Casa Moysés – and the bedroom, inserted in a large showcase that can be seen right from the entrance from the store.
The store occupies an area of 38 m² where there is a counter where the brand's catalogs and aromas are displayed, as well as the company's historical items. With the stone, smaller supports were also created for live spots with flowers and plants. The brand's main items are presented on a large Walnut wooden shelf and on suspended brass racks. Bath pieces are housed in tiled displays.
The 40 m² bedroom occupies a glass-enclosed box, as if the public were looking at the space through a window. The artworks in the space were offered by the Textile Project , in which Brazilian and American artists, such as Thomas Baccaro, Murilo Borcal, Camilla Dotta, Rodrigo Oliveira and Mariana Rangel, exhibit their works related to the textile world.
The duo did not leave their concern for the environment aside. The entire project can be dismantled and rebuilt anywhere else, contributing to sustainability and leaving the Casa Moysés brand with the option of opening a unit quickly and sophisticatedly.
