Blue November: CASACOR 2019 environments where color brings harmony
JULIANA-PIPPI_CA_6505-1
01/10 -

In 2019, the architect designed the Dining Room [Co.Dining], measuring 45m², with a narrative drawn from the gestures of receiving. With this subjective look, Juliana Pippi brought the prefix “co” to the name of the space, emphasizing the intention to share. This word even guides the design of the We Share table, 4.20 m long, designed by the architect especially to celebrate. The welcoming effect was enhanced by the play of textures present in the space. The composition was made with an oak wood panel in contrast to the blue and along with the geometry of the rug.

Parana-House-Maldives---Alessandra-Gandolfi
02/10 -

Also in Paraná, Alessandra Gandolfi's Casa Maldivas sought references for colors, shapes and textures in the archipelago's landscapes. The designed rugs recall the layers of sand leading to the sea, reflected in the blue and green tones of the project. The movement of the waves inspires the parametric wooden panel, composed of 24 slats of different sizes, creating a wavy effect.

RS-Studio-Slim---Daniel-Wilges
03/10 -

Daniel Wilges' Studio Slim for CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul surprises with a predominantly monochromatic scheme in its 50 m² space. The walls have a velvety texture. The concise and linear design, as well as the transparency of the glass, soften the presence of the burnt cement, rocks and natural wood on the floor.

Balcony-of-the-Lake---Larissa-Palma-Dias
04/10 -

At the exhibition in Balneário Camboriú, Larissa Palma Dias created a vertical garden, fireplace and swing to compose the 12 m² Varanda do Lago. The space emphasizes the relationship with nature. The deep blue contrasts with the warm tones of the crotons.

Architect and interior designer Stephanie Mattos reproduced the feeling of being in a fraternity of good friends, good conversation and good wine in an environment full of art and comfort. The environment integrates the exhibition in Bahia with the harmony and sophistication of the colors of the boiserie and textures.

Ribeirão-Patricia-Makhoul,-Lucas-Martinelli-and-Áurea-Degani---Family-Room
06/10 -

For a family with a story to tell, a relaxed space. Patrícia Makhoul, Lucas Martinelli and Áurea Degani designed a room in Ribeirão Preto that transforms the bicycle into a decorative piece, displayed alongside objects brought back from memorable trips.

Peru-The-Kitchen-of-the-Culinary-Researcher---Claudia-Weis
07/10 -

In Peru, the La Cocina de la Investigadora Culinaria environment by Claudia Weis was designed for a woman who owned her space. The kitchen goes beyond practicality and becomes a creative environment. The island combines several functions and the stone comes in a neutral tone, as the walls are covered in various colors.

Bolivia-Men's-Suite-Lagom---Andrea-R.-Añez-and-Brenda-Jiménez
08/10 -

The Lagom Men's Suite by Andrea R. Añez and Brenda Jiménez for CASACOR Bolivia features the warmth of rectilinear joinery and the calm of deep blue. The large window lets in the landscape and natural light, which interact with the space.

RJ-Jorge-Delmas-–-House-of-Good-003(1)
09/10 -

In Rio de Janeiro, Casa do Bem catches the eye with its deep blue and uncluttered furniture. Another attractive feature of Jorge Delmas' project is its structure. It was built in just four days and, in total, the 145 m² took just over a month to complete.

Paraná-Studio-33---Carla-Grudtner
10/10 -

Carla Grudtner's Studio 33 is part of the exhibition in Paraná, inspired by the lifestyle of a young photographer specializing in architecture and interiors. One of the ideas for creating spaciousness was to make the most of the light, which enters through large openings. The walls feature burnt cement textures, slatted wood and porcelain tiles that resemble granite on the floor.

Blue November is an international campaign to raise awareness about men's health, especially prostate cancer — the second most common cancer among Brazilians.
Color was not left out of the 2019 CASACOR exhibitions. It appeared coloring entire spaces, on single walls, in gradients, in details and even on tiles. Different narratives accompanied its application — some projects were inspired by the infinity of the sea, others sought to be a common area for the family. Check out the gallery!
