CASACOR Ceará 2018. Lavatory Garden - Gustavo Augusto and Laís Sampaio. Natural materials such as stone, natural straw and wood ensure a minimalist and cozy balance. The elements worked into the walls form the path for the visitor to enter the space, awakening memories of childhood and freedom. The vertical garden inside the house brings a sense of refuge and sensory, contrasting with the urban environment.

CASACOR Paraíba 2018 - Functional Lavabos - Camilla Bonifácio, Giovana Dias and Alessandra Lessa. The acacia trees in Parque Solon de Lucena, one of João Pessoa's postcards, were the inspiration for this environment. Marble and deconstructed stonework compose the environment alongside wood and various foliage.

CASACOR Brasília 2018. Concrete Poetry – Studio Arch+. The poem “Das Pedras” by the writer Cora Coralina from Goiás inspired the 100 m² loft of Juliana Veloso, Laísa Figueiredo and Renata Vieira. They opted for the authenticity of the materials on the walls and floor, with the beauty highlighted by indirect lighting. The wood appears in various tones, light on the ceiling and warm on the furniture. The furniture chosen features renowned names such as Jorge Zalszupin and Isay Weinfeld.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2018 - Children's Suite - Ketlein Amorim. The project divides the rooms within the suite into sectors, without limiting integration. Two independent, suspended beds make up the sleeping area. In front of the bay window, the study furniture is light and versatile: a wooden trestle table with a glass top, transparent polycarbonate chairs and carpentry full of niches. There is even space for a living room, with a futon on the illuminated base.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2048. Cafofo Studio Ro+Ca - Rodrigo Béze, Carlos Carvalho and Caio Carvalho, from Studio Ro+Ca. In partnership with Leroy-Merlin, Studio Ro+Ca embraced the high-low concept – a mix of statement pieces with affordable items. One of the walls was enhanced by wood laminate, while another was occupied by a very light shelf for books and objects. But what really steals the show is the original use of traditional 20x20 cm white tiles in black and white, previously exclusive to wet areas.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2018. Deca Space, The Origin - Duda Porto. By using organic architecture, Duda established a dialogue with the surroundings and created a place for relaxation in the project that celebrates CASACOR's 25-year partnership with Deca. The spiral-shaped construction has a “shell” made of reforested wood brises, which float over the water. The brises allow the products to be seen from a new perspective. In the center of the space, curved walls made of rammed earth.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2018. Renault Loft - Alexandre Gedeon and Hugo Schwartz, from InTown Arquitetura. The duplex occupies a glass and steel box - and this is not its only attraction. The structure is mobile and can be transported ready for assembly, which generates less waste. Large panels provide cross ventilation, and the ceiling slab has been given reflective waterproofing to reduce heat absorption by 90%. Sustainability combines with innovation and enhances the presentation of the Captur model.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 20148. Living area - Camila Ramundo, Danilo Ferreira and Maria Carolina Valim. The space has a shelf with movable niches, and the modules can be moved around or even removed to serve as benches. In addition, a large part of the shelf is taken up by fresh vegetation. In this space, green and pink also steal the show, especially in the bathrooms.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2018. Man's Loft - Maurício Nóbrega. Photographs play a central role in the design of the project, which includes a small laboratory for developments in the room and several works by Brazilian photographers on the walls. The palette of white, gray and wood highlights the collection. The joinery, which matches the tone of the floor, explores different functions and alternatives to optimize space at the junctions of environments. Generous openings let light in and reinforce the relaxing atmosphere.

CASACOR Pernambuco 2018. Bathroom + Couple's Closet - Kareny Melo and Marina Machado, from Studio M2. The arch is reminiscent of the ancient Gothic architecture of temples, proposing an experience of tranquility and meditation. The structure and bathtub gain relevance against the green wall, which brings natural color and freshness to the monochromatic composition. And don't be fooled by the simple look: the project has several automation and lighting resources.

CASACOR Pernambuco 2018. Bathroom Elements - Blanco Arquitetura. The space emphasizes surfaces without interference, such as walls with a cement finish. There is also room for natural elements, such as water, light and vegetation, which reinforce the theme of A Casa Viva. The very light glass countertops that support the sinks are a highlight. The spacious corridors reveal accessibility as one of the layout's priorities.

CASACOR Brasília 2018. Lavatory BSB – Under the Block. The cobogós are an architectural creation from the Northeast that has become one of the most well-known symbols of the federal capital. The element, revered by architect Clay Rodrigues, is highlighted by replacing the walls with open structures in these 20 m². To finish off, photographs by João P. Teles.

CASACOR Pernambuco 2018 - Casa Trousseau - André Carício & Arquitetos. The proposal is for integrated spaces, connecting bedroom, closet, bathroom, living room and kitchen support. Everything is open and with a view of the outside area. Highlights include linen pieces from the brand in niches, cabinets and in the closet. The neutral tones, therefore, are intentional to allow for constant changing of the linens. In the bathroom, notice the glass ceiling and the large vertical garden.

CASACOR Peru 2018 - Urban Refuge - Vera Velarde. The project is reminiscent of an urban residence, but also meets the expectations of those seeking a refuge to be closer to nature. The house has 90 m² and, in this section, stands out for the geometric lines and curves in balance with materials that awaken diverse sensations.

CASACOR Peru 2018 - Public Bathrooms - Carla Vanessa Arrisueño and Viviana Arrisueño. The Casa Viva concept is represented in the vibrant elements and textures that evoke nature. The wallpaper invades the ceiling, and the wall is occupied by the vertical garden. The neon adds a fun and retro touch, reminiscent of the time when the house was built.

CASACOR Brasília 2018. Casa Arauco – Walléria Teixeira. Scandinavian design sets the tone for the space, which features a predominance of beige, gray and black, with touches of gold. Natural light is prominent, as well as the light wood and marble that look like works of art in the integrated bathroom. Textures overlap and create a delicate backdrop for the furniture, which combines antique and contemporary pieces.

CASACOR Brasília 2018. Bathroom – Esquadra Arquitetos. Filipe Monte Serrat, Manuela Dantas, Marianna Resende, Silvana Moraes and Nara Cunha reveal the influence of Luis Barragán’s volume and colors. From the Mexican architect, they captured the pink in the tile panel. The traditional covering used in a contemporary way reinforces the geometry in the 41 m² space. The space is also relaxing, with straw objects and part of the floor giving way to pebbles.

CASACOR Ceará 2018. Contemporary Studio - Kel Oliveira. A nest, represented by a wooden box inside a concrete space, was Kel Oliveira's initial concept. With 100 m², the large living room, which has a ceiling with an industrial feel, is integrated with the kitchen. In the suite, the highlight is the wood, present on the floor, ceiling and walls.

CASACOR Ceará 2018. Young Entrepreneur's Studio - Lucila Mendonça. Entrepreneur Vinícius Machado was chosen to be honored in the loft, which is divided into a living room, bedroom and bathroom. Gray, wood and a mix of colors flow throughout the unit formed by the space without barriers, walls or dividers. The porcelain tiles, which imitate marble, catch the viewer's attention. The works of art are responsible for adding touches of color to the walls, with a modern and contemporary feel.

CASACOR Ceará 2018. Boy's Suite - Beatriz Câmara and Inês Porto. The contemporary style is highlighted through the materials, design pieces and specific colors. The suite is made up of an office area, closet, bathroom and bedroom. In the bedroom, the headboard panel, made of wood, has an exclusive design by the architects. In the office, the stone table with a steel base adds elegance to the space.

CASACOR Paraíba 2018 - Alexa's Loft - Henrique Santiago and André Pinheiro. A teenager interested in art and sports was the inspiration for this beautiful and fun space. Colors and shapes were explored by the architects in a feminine and delicate way. The lighting highlights each material: wood, marble and glass pieces.

CASACOR Paraíba 2018 - It Lavatories - Adelle Mendes, Raphaela Vilar and Elba Araújo. Iron, metal and oxidized steel were the materials chosen by the architects to create a lavatory with the same contemporary style as the It Club. Colorful doors and industrial-style pendants sit side by side with vegetation and golden elements. The entire set is immersed in a scent of wet earth.
