In addition to being a hobby, collecting objects can be an item that can be used to decorate a room. When arranging pieces, great care must be taken with certain details such as lighting, arrangement and position so that the décor of the space is harmonious. CASA COR Brasília 2015 is full of tips, and the first one, given by Silvana Andrade, who writes Living do Colecionador, is: “select collections by theme and, with great sensitivity, organize them around the room”. For Silvana, the right time to start a collection is when a particular object gains a special affection from the collector. “It is very subjective and personal what enchants us in an infinite universe of options. My tip is: notice how objects enchant you and attract your attention - they are the ones that should be kept with great care”, he highlights.
