Water, fire, earth and air. Casa Cosentino , designed by Débora Aguiar for CASACOR São Paulo 2018 , was designed to contemplate these four natural elements. With large spaces full of nature, the environment is a refuge that offers comfort and elegance to its occupants.
Comprising an entrance and social hall, master suite with closet and bathroom, home theater, gourmet space, dining room, aperitif area with fireplace and living room, the House follows the ideals of the themeA Casa Viva , promoting coexistence through integrated spaces and several transparency points facing the garden, which allow the entry of abundant natural light.
In the hall, visitors are greeted by large trees, a water feature and a vertical garden. In the dining room, a large wooden table and 30 pendant lights by designer Ingo Maurer welcome guests. The The double right-hand side of the living room (with a generous 7 m) together with the fireplace tower forms an axis that integrates the living room and dining room.
Although built with integration in mind, the house also has its own private areas for more intimate and private moments. The master suite has a walk-in closet and bathroom, both with a glass-covered pergola that brings the vertical garden and natural light into the interior.
In addition to all this, the environment also has a lush outdoor area with gardens, swimming pool, terrace and outdoor fireplace. A perfect place to enjoy the natural beauty.
