The space was created inside a box closed with drywall, a common technique in dry construction. This was combined with the use of white Paraná marble in the fireplace, promoting visual, aesthetic and ergonomic comfort.

Among the highlights is the use of contemporary art in the residential environment, which ranges from a neon wall sculpture by artist Ale Mazzarolo to the brass bench designed by Ronald Sasson.
