Alex Bonilha and Mahely Oliveira sought to unite the professional and personal needs of a designer in a single comfortable and functional space. With 80 m², the Designer's Loft is one of the highlights of CASACOR Franca 2017. In the space, some key elements set the tone for the project, such as the slatted wooden box that surrounds the walls and ceiling of the living room, the grayish colors and the green tone. 
The fully integrated Loft houses a living room with fireplace, a dining room with bar and a suite. The refined furniture by big names, such as Sergio Rodrigues, Jader Almeida, Luciana Catani, Carlos Mota and Lattoog Design, gives sophistication to the project. 
Screens instead of walls and works of art give the space a contemporary feel. The scenic lighting, the vertical garden and the bathtub inside the room bring comfort to the designer. The mix of various materials, such as wood, stone, metal, glass and marble, creates a rich play of textures. The dark iron niches and partitions also provide an industrial touch to the decor.
