CASACOR Franca receives an environment inspired by Chef Ana Luiza Trajano

Is there anything better than gathering friends and family over a good meal? That's why professionals Marcelo Diniz, Mateus Finzeto and Deise Pucci designed the Chef's Reception Space , paying homage to Chef Ana Luiza Trajano, owner of the renowned Instituto Brasil to Taste, for CASACOR Franca 2017 .
This 76 m² space reflects the Brazilian nature of Ana's cuisine in its furniture and decor. Wooden pieces and natural elements create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. The island in the center of the kitchen brings guests closer to the chef preparing meals, making “cooking” a moment of conviviality.
The Reception Space also has indoor and outdoor seating areas, both cozy. Outside, vegetables, herbs and fruit trees are available for the chef and guests to relax on the sofas and at the table. Inside, there are armchairs and foliage invites you to sit and enjoy a good champagne.
