Brunete Fraccaroli brings delicacy and charm to CASACOR SP 2024

A regular at the largest architecture exhibition in Latin America, architect Brunete Fraccaroli never ceases to amaze with her sensitivity and talent. For the edition of CASACOR São Paulo 2024 , she accepted the challenge of creating an 80 m² environment called " Transcendendo Épocas ", which combines modernity, sustainability and a palette of blue tones.

The architect created a space that includes a living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and bedroom , seeking to create a decor that is both playful and timeless. Her design represents a journey through the present, presenting the future with new technologies and comfort, without losing the coziness and connection with the past. To achieve this, the architect used familiar items , such as refurbished old books and personal collections, reflecting the tradition of collecting inherited from her paternal grandfather.

With a color palette of blue tones and light woods , "Transcending Eras" takes visitors on a journey through time. The artistic touch – a Brunete signature – is evident in the sculptures and ornaments scattered throughout the space, such as the low-poly horses made by artist Mariana Kamilos, which adorn the living room bookshelf. In addition, the architect also participated in the development of exclusive pieces for this space, such as the living room armchair and the bedroom rug.

Sustainability was a fundamental pillar in this project. Brunete used reforested wood and innovated with a metal curtain in the bathroom instead of walls, reducing the disposal of construction waste.

Brunete Fraccaroli's project not only showcases her skill as a renowned architect, but also provides a rich and immersive experience for visitors who can get to know every detail up close until July 28 at Conjunto Nacional .
