Located in the traditional Jardins neighborhood in São Paulo, this apartment of 180 sqm underwent a radical transformation led by architect Alexandre Dal Fabbro, part of the CASACOR São Paulo lineup. Designed to be the São Paulo retreat of a lawyer who lives in Brasília, the property functions as a second home tailored for business gatherings or family leisure moments. The result is a signature project, maximalist in just the right measure and full of personality.

The starting point of the renovation was the complete reformulation of the social area: to meet the owner's desire to have a standout bar to welcome guests, the former third bedroom was completely demolished and incorporated into the 62 sqm living room. The intervention revealed beams and columns that were stripped and kept in exposed concrete, creating a modern and structural contrast with the cozy original wooden parquet floor, fully restored.

Visual fluidity and the design of curved shapes became the property's trademark. The bar, designed with rounded corners, marble shelves and a smoked mirror back, communicates directly with a chat lounge.

In the entrance hall, kitchen and balcony, the floor stands out with a 45-degree checkered pattern, combining white and green marbles. The entrance door features an imposing arched wooden portal with a marble handle, while a large continuous shelf embraces the entire length of the living and dining room, framing the TV and the resident's art collection.

The color palette takes center stage in a balanced way. The custom green-toned cabinetry harmoniously converses with the Guatemala Green Marble countertops and with the delicate touch of pink, present in the upholstery of the three May armchairs by Jader Almeida and in the textiles of the master bedroom.

On the balcony, the shrimp-style windows allow full integration with the living room, and the bench with concrete slat planters visually connects the interior space with the tree canopies on the façade. In the powder room, the welcoming atmosphere is ensured by a suspended wooden panel with indirect lighting, a round mirror and a pink textured wall.

The furniture selection celebrates Brazilian high-end cabinetry, international design and hand-picked vintage pieces. In the social area and the bar, highlights include the Marquesa bench by Oscar Niemeyer, the Mini Pick center tables by Claudia Moreira Salles for Dpot, the Pétala table and the tea cart by Etel, as well as the iconic Lady Chair by Cassina. Completing the signature décor, the hall displays a sculpture shaped like a golden ear, while the living room is framed by a large canvas by artist Isabela Despujols, commissioned especially for the space.
