Besides being an architect, Felipe Rossi (from the CASACOR São Paulo lineup) loves to host guests in a light, unpretentious and festive way. That is why, for his own home – a 610 sqm property in Londrina (PR) – the layout had to be fully integrated.

The project began with the premise of creating a welcoming space, in which architecture functions as a living backdrop for moments of celebration. The concept embraces a purist, sober and minimalist language, giving the spotlight to the residents and to the experiences of the home.

The floor plan fully dissolves the boundaries between the social projects, while the landscaping frames the construction, ensuring that greenery is present from every angle of daily life.

The choice of finishes followed a moodboard focused on discretion and timelessness, combining a palette of monochromatic tones with the striking presence of natural raw materials, such as the natural wood ceiling, a key element to bring warmth and soften the sober aesthetic.

The furniture curation of the interiors brings together design pieces with signature creations by his studio, FR Arquitetura, aligning comfort and aesthetics in every project. Complementing the ensemble, the delicate and strategic lighting design plays with lights and shadows, providing depth without cluttering the spaces.
