Located in Setor Bueno, in Goiânia, this apartment of 172 sqm designed by the firm Bezerra Panobianco Arquitetura — led by architects Expedito Bezerra and Lucas Panobianco and part of the CASACOR Goiás lineup — was conceived to be the urban refuge of a young family. Since the residents already maintain a home farther from the city center, the new space emerges with the clear purpose of serving as a functional support point in daily life and, above all, a place devoted to the act of hosting and celebrating.

The project's inspiration stems from the clients' own profile: a family with a mature reading of living, seeking elegance and consistency without giving up lightness in everyday life. To align the space with this social dynamic, the renovation promoted an important reorganization of the flows. The former independent entrance of the kitchen was eliminated, allowing the space to connect directly to the living and dining rooms.

To enable the new distribution and integrate the infrastructure with the layout's needs, complete adjustments were made to the electrical and plumbing systems and to the design of the plaster ceiling.

In the social area, the great highlight is the Baru cobogó, a signature piece developed by the firm itself. Used as a divider between the spacious living room and the balcony, the openwork element establishes a subtle transition that preserves privacy without blocking natural light and ventilation, bringing rhythm, texture, and a striking Brazilian identity to the project.

The curation of furniture and finishes reflects this pursuit of balance between density and lightness, bringing together major names in signature design. The living room is composed of pieces with a striking presence, such as the Drey armchair and the Memory floor lamp, both by Jader Almeida, the Laika dining table by FormaBruta, the Cozy chairs designed by Eduardo Trevisan, and the Vértice pendant by Waldir Jr. The composition also features the Nuvem sofa, designed by Bezerra Panobianco himself, and the Ava bench, a creation by Alexia Akasaka.

In the private area, the master suite stands out for its welcoming tone and lighting accented by the Vela wall sconce, also by Waldir Jr.
