Located in the mixed-use building of Hotel W São Paulo, in Vila Olímpia, this apartment of 102 sqm was designed by the firm Consuelo Jorge Arquitetos (from the CASACOR São Paulo lineup) to serve as a sophisticated and functional support base for a family from Goiás — a couple with a teenage daughter — during their short stays in the São Paulo capital.

Inspired by the concept of high hospitality, the project combines the practicality of hotel stays with the comfort of a signature home, allowing easy access to the city's services, culture, health, and gastronomy network.

Since the building is newly delivered, the renovation focused on the complete replacement of the finishes to establish a single, continuous floor throughout the unit, maintaining the original electrical and plumbing infrastructure with specific adjustments for the new kitchen.

The aesthetic starting point of the project had as its central element the refinement of the golden entrance doors to the property provided by the building. From this tone, the architects brought a mimicked and continuous language to the interior: the entrance hall, the circulation, the powder room, and the TV panel were fully wrapped in freijó wood.

The floor-to-ceiling doors camouflaged in the panels eliminate cutouts and bring extreme visual cleanliness, revealing in the hall a built-in stone niche that acts as an element of surprise and light. In the 38 sqm social area, which integrates living, dining, TV, and kitchen, the circular exposed concrete pillar was kept and integrated into the contemporary moodboard, while a custom metal support was designed to tension the light cable that crosses the space, resolving the scenic lighting of the setting with elegance and lightness.

The materiality relies on the balance between warm and mineral surfaces, highlighting Guatemala Green marble and gray tones in contrast with freijó and the tactile caramel leather on the headboard of the master suite. The scenographic lighting design enhances the volumes of the millwork and directs the gaze toward the design and art curation.

The furniture features the exclusive bed designed by the studio Consuelo Jorge Arquitetos and the Sette nightstands by Jader Almeida, while the art collection brings together the scenic sculpture by Gustavo Genta on the wooden cube, metal prints by Luiz Hermano and signature tapestries.
