The two companies are joining forces to ensure that Vincent van Gogh's paintings will be accessible to future generations. Part of the proceeds from the
Vans x Van Gogh Museum collection will go towards preserving the artist's legacy and work.

Vans x Van Gogh collection is complete with custom insoles that replicate Van Gogh’s memorable strokes. and are finished with the Vincent x Vans logo.
The Van Gogh Museum is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In the museum, you can follow the evolution of the artist's work and compare his paintings to the works of other 19th century painters, present in the collection. The museum also offers a range of exhibitions on various 19th century subjects and art history. The museum's permanent collection includes over 200 paintings by Van Gogh, as well as drawings and letters by Van Gogh.
The original design of the building was designed by architect Gerrit Rieveld. An Exhibition Wing, designed by Kisho Kurokawa in 1999, was added to the main structure. A passageway was built connecting the two buildings. In September 2015, the museum underwent a new renovation, which was necessary because the place was receiving more and more people, and it was necessary to create another access to the annex, in addition to protecting the existing entrance from the weather, since in Amsterdam there are times of intense cold. This latest intervention is designed by the Hans van Heeswijk Architects office. A glass dome was designed for the extension, which follows the design of the existing building. The dome has a metal structure and the glass is fixed by a support structure made of the same translucent material.
