“We use ecological fibers structured with elastics, which results in resistance and comfort for the seat and backrest,” explains designer and architect Felipe. “There is no foam in the pieces, preventing the furniture from retaining water and wetting the clothes of those who sit on it.” , adds designer and architect Luciana.

The presence at the event and the launch of this new collection celebrates the beginning of the partnership between L'oeil, a brand with 25 years of history in the decoration area that will be responsible for marketing the pieces, and Lovato Móveis. “The objective is to unite the three ends of the production chain in search of offering a product with a well-designed design, high durability and easy to find”, explains Felipe. In addition to the Trópicos line, visitors to SP-Arte 2019 will also have the opportunity to see up close the Pau e Pedra collection, another new product from Plantar Ideias , but this time designed for LAO Design e Engenharia . On a journey of train, Luciana and Felipe observed how the presence of urban furniture is capable of being the transition point between the materiality of the city and the lightness of nature. Thus, this line was born, which includes chairs, armchairs, benches, lounge chairs and tables. support, all with a straight line design that mixes concrete and wood.
