Coachella aims to offer a complete experience to regular visitors and fans of the event. This year, the shows will take place over two weekends, from April 13 to 15 and 20 to 22, in California. . Spectra by NEWSUBSTANCE NEWSUBSTANCE has created an art installation that immerses you in a spectrum of seven colors, with a deck offering 360-degree views of the festival. From the outside,
Spectra appears as an impressive architectural entity. Inside, it’s all about the experience. : light, color and perspective change with every step you take. "Swallowing people and taking them in these strong, vivid colors makes you see things differently," explained Patrick O'Mahony of the office.
Spectra was inspired by the colors of sunrise and sunset and explores the relationship between light and landscape, the changing environment it creates and how it influences those who travel through it. The installation features 31 custom-made color panels and more 1,828 meters of LED lights, which at night illuminate the place and bathe visitors in a wave of colors.
Lodestar by Randy Polumbo Made from a Lockheed Martin Lodestar jet - a North American aerospace company - by artist Randy Polumbo, the
Lodestar installation is suspended by two legs and the "nose" of the aircraft, which forms a triangle on the ground, also responsible for fixing the work on the surface. "What was frankly a weapon is now a provocative canvas upon which viewers can explore their curiosity," Polumbo reported.
At the top, a sculpture that resembles a UFO serves as an observation tower filled with crystals and mirrors, taking visitors to a truly private galaxy.
A radiant, polychromatic star made up of 12 individual stars is one such installation that is perfect for that gorgeous festival photo. Roberto Behar and Rosario Marquardt's
Supernova is "
extraordinary and fantastic, but with a familiar form. It is a mirage that we can play", describe the professionals. During the day, the installation provides shade and serves as a meeting point. At night, it transforms into a bright star that changes color and seduces its viewers.

Display This Oasis by Katie Stout, where she created
a garden-like space in which “water” falls from one of the many floating and biomorphic forms. The other digital interaction is Adam Ferriss’
Meta & Ditto , which is actually two experiences. Meta makes a Polaroid frame, with various filters to share on social media. Ditto works more like a drawing tool: hold your finger on the screen and move or shake your phone in the space to leave a ribbon in the wake.
