CASACOR Mato Grosso do Sul 2018 will be the space for contemplation of the photography exhibition by Ricardo Valêncio. Known for his minimalist artistic work, the Campo Grande native works in São Paulo with advertising photography and fashion for 17 years.
“My commercial work is directly linked to fashion advertising. For the exhibition, I prepared a selection that speaks to architecture, but within my minimalist language in portraits,” explains Valêncio. There are 12 images, in enlargements of 90 x 1.44 cm and 60 x 90 cm, which maintain the elementary artistic appeal, portraits under body expression with the work of digital interference. In fact, portraits are Ricardo's great passion, which includes his minimalist look in authorial productions, with irreverence not only in capturing, but also in editing images, transforming your work into art.
