Works of art as a form of cultural expression have been gaining more and more space in homes and workplaces. The reason is very simple: these pieces inspire, attract attention and add elegance to environments. Thus, CASACOR Mato Grosso do Sul established a partnership between entities and artists from the state, with the aim of promoting interaction between art, architecture, design and landscaping. " CASACOR is not just a decoration exhibition, it is a brand that encompasses design, innovation and translates lifestyles. For us, making works of art available in the environments is not only a way of enabling partnerships between the cast, but also promoting the culture of Mato Grosso do Sul and expressing the concept ofA Casa Viva through art", says Tatiana Ratier, executive director of the exhibition.

Luciana Montserrat, the coordinator of Marco – Museu de Arte Contemporânea –, the inclusion of pieces in the environment contributes to cultural democratization, in addition to enriching them. "Art cannot be restricted to specific spaces, such as museums and galleries. It has to be exhibited for the purposes of various processes, such as education, contemplation and appreciation of cultural content in general," she adds.

In addition to the museum, the Confraria Sociartista, which has around 50 members, will also make its entire collection available for the event. “The artwork has a thematic and aesthetic content that conveys a message to the people in that environment. Making the works of artists from Mato Grosso do Sul available for an event like CASACOR means connecting our art professionals with the professionals who created these scenarios, and bringing much of what is still unknown about our work closer to people who are looking to build their homes and work environments,” adds Walter Lambert, one of the directors of the Confraria.
