The Grama Boulevard is located in Fazenda da Grama, in the city of Itupeva, 70 kilometers from the capital of São Paulo. It was designed as a luxurious condominium that brings together 26 country houses. Thirteen of them were developed by the architectural firm of Dado Castello Branco. “We wanted a completely open house, integrated with the outside area and with a contemporary style,” he explains.

The project followed this direction, with exposed structures, aluminum frames and louvers that give the result a light feel. “It’s an informal, practical house that uses simple materials,” he highlights. The decor is designed in light tones, with a touch of wood, and is very practical and comfortable – very much in Dado’s style.

The biggest challenge, without a doubt, was planning the construction of this and the other twelve houses in record time. All will be completed in approximately 20 months, which totals an average of eight months per unit. The plans provide for the option of four suites or three suites with a home theater, as well as a 50 m² terrace, a swimming pool and a kitchen that can be opened or closed off to the living room.
