architect Alberto Kalach . It is clear that the
concept of "luxury buildings" has undergone a revolution in the
postmodern era. And the Kalach
Boutique Hotel demonstrates this in a practical way. After all, despite its different format, the space remains an oasis of rest and relaxation. full of comfort.
In front of the
arches that lead to the common areas - restaurants, games room, terrace - you can enjoy a front row seat to the pool. Inside, the
interior design was entirely
planned by MOB Studio from Mexico City, which invested in
a bohemian to the place.
The design firm did not forget its social responsibility in
developing the community . Much of the
furniture and decoration was made in Mexico . The carpets were handcrafted by artisans from a small village in Teotitlán del Valle. The lamps and curtains, chairs and hammocks were manufactured in Veracruz and the Yucatan Peninsula, respectively.
“Guests can visit the project to learn where the products consumed at the hotel come from, experience the forest and learn how to build this community from scratch,” says the MOB team. The hotel is
situated along the Pacific coast in Puerto Escondido, a region known for its
stunning beaches and natural beauty , surrounded by palm trees and challenging surf spots.
