If a pleasant and well-decorated environment is an important factor when choosing a restaurant, then this itinerary is for you. Designed by architect Gabriel Bordin , the four restaurants listed bring distinct gastronomic proposals to Santa Catarina, but do not compromise on good design.

In Balneário Camboriú, the traditional restaurant-club La Belle underwent a major renovation led by the architect. The floor plan was divided into three parallel strips, starting at the balcony with a view of the sea, which leads to the restaurant's dining room and the dance floor, says Bordin, a professional from the CASACOR cast who designed the Cloud Nine studio at the 2019 show in Florianópolis.
Also in the city, under the postcard Hercílio Luz Bridge, is Noma Rooftop . On a terrace that allows you to enjoy the view and savor delicious sushi, the restaurant has followed a pink palette, present in the upholstery fabrics, ceiling and large ceramic counter. At this address, the nigiri of sea bass with crispy scallop is a must. James Pizza shares the same space and is also designed by Bordin. With a cozy and modern décor, the inspiration comes from the Chelsea neighborhood in London. A large central table marks the space with a relaxed atmosphere.

On the seafront of Santo Antônio de Lisboa in Florianópolis, Pargus is run by chef Nathan Oliveir and embodies the term "feet in the sand". Inspired by Greece, Bordin incorporated gray and sandy tones into the palette. Some of the furniture was created with reclaimed wood from CASACOR 2018 and inverted straw baskets serve as lamps.
