Even in the opaque parts of the residence, light continues to bathe the spaces. This is because the glass occupies the facades and rises up to invade part of the roof. Still, it is possible to maintain the privacy of domestic life. "The H-shape creates a space "windless private outdoor area where you can watch the sunset," the architects explained. "Privacy is guaranteed despite the glass." 
In the interior of the Netherlands, a building appears to float on water. This is the project designed by Maas Architecten for a house on the edge of the city of Berlicum. The structure is made up of two cabin-style volumes, which are connected by a walkway. What draws attention, however, is that the construction is practically transparent.
