The Kruchin Arquitetura office is responsible for the design of Praça Pamplona , a mixed-use complex in São Paulo, which brings together a commercial building, a research center and a restored mansion, the Digital Theater and Planetarium. Independent of the other buildings, the Digital Theater stands out from the central squares and is intended for scientific and educational presentations, operating by immersing the spectator in 360 degrees in the projected images. 
The construction is the result of numerous studies by the office, which sought to symbolically translate the experience of observing the universe. 
The Digital Theater and Planetarium is built with three layers of overlapping roofs. The outermost layer, made of corrugated concrete, is actually a membrane. Its surface has been given a protective layer for waterproofing without compromising the desired texture. The project's decoration is by Patrícia Anastassiadis and the landscaping is by Benedito Abbud.

Natural, luminous elements associated with painting guarantee the scenic effect of a deep universe. Between both layers there is an accessible void where the infrastructure for the installations and their conservation is distributed. Access to the interior of the Planetarium is via the walkway that connects all the buildings in the complex, as well as via the low square that links the theater to the Institute of Theoretical Physics, of which it is an integral part.
