Designed by the renowned firm Foster + Partners - which also designed the building that housed CASACOR Rio de Janeiro January 2017 - The building becomes a landmark of sustainable and social architecture, by respecting ecological standards and also by integrating itself into the space without harming it. The building brings resources to passersby and promotes improvements to the area in which it is located. The project was completed in 2017 and fits respectfully into the local historical context without interfering with the area's striking architecture, harmoniously "talking" to surrounding architectural landmarks such as the
Bank of England
, St. Paul's Cathedral and the St. Stephen's Walbrook church. The headquarters consists of two buildings that are connected by "transparent" walkways, creating a pedestrian walkway, which has been named Bloomberg Arcade. This public space

Flexible, height-adjustable furniture can be arranged in a variety of ways, allowing for privacy, personalization, well-being and teamwork. The ceiling is another innovative element developed for this building, inspired by the metallic materials typical of New York City. Aluminum panels arranged in sets of "petals" were designed with different objectives - to provide finishing, to dissipate light, to incorporate the elements of the system ventilation plus acoustic control - combining several functional elements into an integrated energy-saving system.
