Set in a beautiful landscape overlooking a reserve, these
compact homes were built in the Lago Norte neighborhood of Brasília, Brazil. The project was designed by
Traama Arquitetura , a member of the
CASACOR Brasília team, and was nominated for the
Building of the Year award. carried out by
ArchDaily .
The single-story house reveals simplicity and minimalism with only two coverings, concrete and white paint, reflecting the owner's personality. The style comes from the play on asymmetries, such as the volume in the corner, with cobogó, and the box framing two of the main facades. The generous openings in the living room expand the visual space towards the forest and landscaping of the place, in addition to providing excellent ventilation and natural light into the interior of the residence.
Simplicity is also maintained inside, with a compact program of needs: living room, balcony, toilet, kitchen, service area, suite and even a winter garden, are distributed in an uncomplicated way, in just 110m², through a intuitive flow.
