Completed in 2020, Casa Vila Madalena is a unique combination of materials, textures and lighting. The large glass openings bring the garden in front of the house inside, reinforcing the natural vocation of the project, which was designed by Estúdio Sala . Among the textures, the office chose wood , stone and linen to guide the composition.

The neutral tones extend from the interior to the exterior, where a beautiful vertical garden was planned. According to the office, "the idea of the project was to use neutral and light tones so that there would be contrast with the green landscaping that surrounds the project."
