120 km from the capital of São Paulo, a
house located in Guarujá on a 1,310 m² plot of land relied on the
Nitsche Arquitetos team for its creation - from the structure to the choice of furniture and finishes.
Built into a private and peaceful area, the house is located on
land protected by the Atlantic Forest . This gave the architects an incredible opportunity to
take advantage of the greenery of nature to create a beautiful view for visitors . On the other hand, a very big challenge was also put into play for the experts:
the law allowed them to occupy only 30% of the land area, and the project required the inclusion of five suites, which required no less than 450 m² to be built . To solve this issue, five suites were created on the
upper part of the property . They all have glass walls that offer a
practically 360º view of the outside .

The idea was
to invest in a set of rooms with reduced footage , but to guarantee spaciousness by using the outside as an ally.
A
social area with a television was integrated into the outside of the pool, thus ensuring greater circulation and connection between the spaces. The advantage is that parents can relax while having lunch without losing sight of the children in the pool, for example.
For relaxation,
a spa with sauna and hot tub promises peace and tranquility. Even better when you can enjoy a relaxing bath while looking out over part of the Atlantic Forest.
