Simultaneous control of temperature and humidity is already a reality. The innovation can be seen up close at the Living Entre Tempos Midea, which celebrates the brand's debut at CASACOR Brasília in a project designed by architect Walléria Teixeira, from Studio WT. The focus on the integration between architecture, technology and well-being is revealed throughout the 80 m² of the space, with intelligent climate control solutions integrated into the architectural project from its conception.

Marble, wood, earthy tones and furniture designed by Jader Almeida make up the project, which relies on the combination of natural materials and contemporary design, in a composition that highlights textures and shapes.

Following this proposal, Midea Carrier – a joint venture between Midea, a global leader in home appliances, and Carrier, a world leader in climate control – presents during the show the concept of double comfort, in which temperature and humidity are controlled in an integrated way.

In practice, the integration includes the AI ECOMASTER air conditioner and the Master Connect Humidifier, which has a six-liter reservoir, touch panel, three operating modes and Auto function. Integrated through the SmartHome app, the equipment uses artificial intelligence to adjust operation every 30 seconds, with the potential to generate additional energy savings of up to 30%. The projects can also incorporate the Cassette models, with one or four ways, suitable for applications that require less visual interference.

The partnership between Midea, architect Walléria Teixeira and CASACOR Brasília 2026 also gave rise to the video series “Diário de Obra”, which follows the behind-the-scenes of the assembly of the Living Entre Tempos Midea. In three episodes, the professionals involved discuss the role of technology and artificial intelligence in the pursuit of comfort and how intelligent climate control can be incorporated into an architectural project from the initial stages, and not just as a later element. The show remains open until October 12, 2026, at Casa do Candango, in Brasília, DF.
