At CASACOR Minas 2026, gastronomy takes a prominent place in the show's experience. Among restaurants, cafés and bars, the gastronomic spaces expand the visitor's journey and create new possibilities for socializing, meeting and lingering.

Among these experiences is Restaurante Agnes, led by chef Agnes Farkasvölgyi, who celebrates her tenth participation heading the gastronomic operation of CASACOR Minas. After nine editions, the chef gains, for the first time, a restaurant that bears her own name — and that also becomes a tribute to her career.

Designed by Paulo Augusto Campos and Sarah Floresta, of Balsa Arquitetura, the project draws on Agnes's personality and history to bring together gastronomy, architecture, art and hospitality. The chef, who has built a career marked by dialogue between different creative languages, transforms her memories into references for the space and for the menu itself.

The central element of the project is a large communal table for around 70 people, which runs through the restaurant and replaces the traditional layout of independent tables. More than a layout choice, the gesture translates the idea of meeting: different people share the same space, converse, linger and create new connections.

The proposal directly dialogues with this edition's theme, "Mind and Heart". The table represents the affective and collective side of the experience, while its design and composition reveal the more rational and creative dimension of the project. Covered by different compositions of handmade tiles, it creates a landscape that transforms along the way, giving each place its own identity.

Agnes's story also reaches the plate. The menu revisits different moments of her career and transforms memories into recipes. The dishes are identified by years that refer to notable episodes and creations from her journey, passing through references to her Hungarian ancestry, travels, professional experiences and combinations that became part of her gastronomic language. Among them are galeto with Hungarian paprika and typical gnocchi, foie gras pâté with crispy jiló and onion jam, and corn ravioloni with spicy shrimp.

The experience is completed with desserts developed by pâtissière Marina Mendes, known as Sá Marina, based on sweets that are part of the chef's preferences and memories.

But Restaurante Agnes goes beyond the gastronomic experience. During the show, the space also hosts gatherings and programming, functioning as a meeting point within CASACOR Minas. The table, in this context, is no longer just the place where one eats, but becomes a space where people meet.
