At
Loft Acuático , the integration between spaces is designed in an innovative way. Each room occupies a floating concrete island - water is the natural element that delimits and, at the same time, connects them. The project by Alejandra Iriarte and Natalia Murillo is one of the highlights of
CASACOR Bolivia 2019.
The project combines a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. All are interconnected by glass bridges.
The transition is also delicate with the exterior. The loft walls are all made of glass, allowing natural light and the greenery of the vertical garden to enter. Delicate crystal pendants create an equally transparent curtain.

The kitchen features clean lines in light-colored woodwork, enhancing the volumes. The symmetry is intentionally broken with the dining counter fitted diagonally into the island.
The entire closed wall was used with cabinets to create the two bedrooms, with no visual barriers between them. The modules alternate between open niches and doors, with different finishes, to meet all needs and maintain an organized look.

Another highlight of the Aquatic Loft is the color palette. To contrast with the intense blue of the water, the pair of professionals opted for rosé in the upholstery, with the cozy texture of velvet. In 2019,
CASACOR Bolivia will take place between April 24th and May 25th, at Equipetrol calle 9 Oeste Nº 15.
