CASACOR Santa Catarina | Florianópolis 2026 has announced the official cast of the edition marking the 30th anniversary of the show in the state. Held between September 27 and November 8, the event will occupy the former Faculdade Estácio building, on SC-401, in Florianópolis.
The group brings together professionals from architecture, interior design and landscaping, including names already recognized in the industry and newcomers. The projects will be developed based on CASACOR's national theme for 2026, "Mind and Heart".

For Francis Bernardo, director of CASACOR SC, the edition also represents a moment of celebration for the franchise, which turns ten years old. "Our cast always surprises, and what we are preparing will certainly present a new perspective on the spaces for living and producing. It's a special year, when we mark in history the 30 years of the brand in SC and the 10 years of our franchise, so it's time to celebrate", she says.

The 2026 edition will have Hantei Empreendimentos as local sponsor and responsible for the event's venue. Founded in Florianópolis in 1997, the company operates in the high-end real estate market, with residential and commercial projects. In 2026, the developer completes 29 years of activity, with 42 projects delivered and more than 400 thousand m² built. To host the show, the former Faculdade Estácio de Sá building on SC-401 will be used, acquired by the company and intended for a future development.
