CASACOR Ribeirão Preto announces the lineup for its 8th edition, bringing together architects, interior designers, and landscape designers from different regions of the state of São Paulo and Minas Gerais. The event takes place from August 25 to October 12, 2026, at Avenida Sumaré, 590, in Ribeirão Preto — a property with approximately 1,600 sqm of built area, on a 2,000 sqm plot. The mansion designed by Marcos Tomanik was chosen for its architectural potential and the integration between projects, characteristics that should favor more immersive proposals and experiences aligned with the concept of this edition.

In 2026, professionals are invited to interpret the theme "Mind and Heart", which guides all CASACOR editions in Brazil this year. The proposal starts from the balance between reason and emotion to rethink contemporary living, transforming projects into spaces focused on welcoming, well-being, affective memory, and human connections.

Consolidated as the main showcase of architecture, design, landscaping, and art in the country's interior, CASACOR Ribeirão Preto reaffirms its relevance by bringing together professionals from different cities and states — a gesture that highlights the creative strength of the regional market and expands the exchange of references between distinct hubs of architecture and design.

Who signs the projects

Ribeirão Preto concentrates the largest number of participants in this edition: Mariangela Penha, Morize Carvalho, Lucas Lourenço, Victoria Balbo, Silvia Camargo, Adriana Fontana, Maisa Andrade and Carina Rezende, Camila Ubida and Ana Luisa Carolo, Marcus Cotrim, Fábio Marzola, Fabricio Frezza and Gabriel Figueiredo, Matheus Vilela, Helio Ribeiro and Priscilla Marchetto, Bruno Ortega and Juliana Treve, Luciane Folheto and João Gulini, and Jaciara Carvalho.

São José do Rio Preto is represented by Fabiano Hayasaki, Marian Jammal, and Rose Kumayama. From Minas Gerais, Carolina Rodrigues da Cunha (Caru), from Uberaba, and Kadu Reis, from Alpinópolis, in the Passos region, are participating. The lineup is completed by names from other cities in the state of São Paulo: Vitor Pellini, from Bauru; Marcelo Camargo, from Rio Claro; Willian Gonçalvez Cucco, from São Carlos; Carla Viziack, from Guariba; and Marianna Viziack, from Campinas.

By bringing together renowned names and new talents from different markets, CASACOR Ribeirão Preto reinforces its role as a platform for relationships, business generation, and appreciation of architecture, interior design, and landscaping produced in the interior of Brazil. During nearly two months of visitation, the public will be able to see 31 projects that translate different readings of "Mind and Heart", with innovative solutions, sensory experiences, and trends that dialogue with new ways of living.
