CASACOR Paraíba 2016. Living Garden – Sandra Moura and Leila Azzouz. With high ceilings, the walls stand out. One of them features the installation of hexagons produced in matte lacquer, wood and painted iron structure. It houses a delicate vertical garden.

CASACOR Paraíba 2016. Facade – Jonas Lourenço and Giovanni Lyra. Vernacular architecture concerns ways of building using materials from the region and, often, using techniques passed down from generation to generation. With this idea in mind, as well as the desire for sustainability, the duo interspersed bricks, vertical gardens and Portuguese tiles on the walls that refer to the colonization past.

CASACOR São Paulo 2016. Eliane Square - Alex Hanazaki. The challenge of balancing an industrialized product and nature was met with the good use of geometric shapes. The shapes of native plants, such as brazilwood, interact with the porcelain tiles in different tones that form the brises-soleils on the sides, with metal structures. The floating path on the water mirror was also covered in the mineral-toned material, which contrasts with the black pebbles in the background.

CASACOR Goiás 2016. Young Entrepreneur's Space - Ana Maria Miller. The mix of wood, lacquer, various fabrics and metals creates a contemporary atmosphere. A wooden panel created by the architect embraces the space and acts as a room divider. The Big Bang lamp, by Italian designer Enrico Franzolini, is being presented for the first time in Brazil. Another new product launch is the wall covering from the Pixel by Fernanda Marques line, which highlights optical volume, in addition to the porcelain tile applied to the floor with a Calacata marble pattern.

CASACOR Brasília 2016. Bon Vivant setting – Larissa Dias. The Nero Marquina marble on the wall, the gold in the details and the leather evoke the classic, but with a modern interpretation. Highlights include the composition of vertical pendants above the dining table. Bronze sculptures by Brazilian artists Sônia Ebling and Bea Machado round it off.

CASACOR Paraíba 2016. Burle Marx Garden – Patrícia Lago and Heignne Jardim. To preserve and enhance the design of one of the greatest landscapers of the 20th century, elements were added to guide visitors’ gaze through the tropical vegetation. Relaxation areas with contemporary furniture, vertical gardens and a water feature reinforce the intimate and Brazilian feel.

CASACOR Paraíba 2016. Lavatory Garden – Ana Cristina Batista, Aucélio Monteiro Filho, Daniella Figueiredo, Maria do Socorro Fernandes and Yuri Fernandes. Copper is the central element of the project, the raw material of the structure designed to embrace the sinks and some niches in the wall, from which a lush vertical garden begins.

CASACOR São Paulo 2016. Essential Kitchen - Marília Pellegrini. In the kitchen, the cooktop on a retractable island allows the countertop to be fully utilized. Bamboo, considered the wood of the future, is used in the cabinets with automatic opening and on the floor. In the transition with the laundry room, a detail: the herringbone layout is now done with marble slats.

CASACOR Ceará 2016. Public Restrooms - Joanne Ximenes, Karine Maia and Joel Castro Filho. The façade combines various shades of stone to maintain the project's natural appeal. It houses the living area with cabins, measuring 40 m². Hydraulic tiles and half-wall paneling were used on the walls. For an even more welcoming space, note that the ceiling is filled with vegetation. The black fixtures are from Deca.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2016. Chandon Space - Juliana Motta and Priscila Viegas. Smoked mirror was applied to the ceiling and upper contour of the space, enhancing the sophistication of the chandeliers. The bottles of the drink are incorporated into the decor, whether in the handcrafted glass champagne coolers on the counter designed by the architects or in the air-conditioned wine cellar in matte black lacquer. The gold in the details is reminiscent of champagne and sets the tone for celebration. Since the space had no natural light, the architects adopted a vertical garden to bring life and freshness.

CASACOR Brasília 2016. Praça Jardim - Cleber Depiere and Gabriel Domingues. The duo designed vertical metal structures, like large green totems, that vary in shape and texture. Water fountains emerge from the ceiling and flow into ancient Vietnamese vases. The fireplace sprouts from a tree trunk immersed in the water. The fusion of these elements, combined with vegetation, pebbles of various sizes and points of light, fills the 350m² space with life.

CASACOR Ceatá 2016. Espaço Sebrae - Ticiana Sanford and Bea Carneiro. The theme of the space is sustainability, which already takes on a modern translation at the entrance. The vegetation insinuates itself into the cobogós, and the mirrored cubes reflect the garden, which ends up forming part of the facade.
