Open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., the show invites the public to explore spaces that go beyond the image: these are projects that awaken emotions, stimulate reflections and present solutions capable of inspiring everyday life. Whether to discover CASACOR for the first time or to revisit your favorite projects before the closing, there is still time to enjoy the last days of the event. Below, we have gathered five reasons that make this visit unmissable!

Cast of renowned professionals

CASACOR São Paulo brings together a cast that translates the plurality of contemporary architecture and design. Veterans and newcomers share space in projects that reveal different ways of interpreting living. Among the professionals present in this edition are Nildo José, Leo Shehtman, Paula Neder, Estúdio Guto Requena, Beatriz Quinelato and Marcelo Salum.

The 39th edition also reinforces the international character of the show by welcoming guests from different countries. Dutch designer Edward van Vliet and architects Eduardo Baldelomar, from Bolivia, and Michele Wharton, of Panamanian origin, present projects that incorporate their own cultural references and broaden the dialogue between Brazilian production and global architecture.

Projects that connect Mind and Heart

The theme Mind and Heart, which guides all CASACOR shows in 2026, appears in São Paulo through projects that awaken emotions and recall affective memories. Many professionals turned to childhood memories, family stories and personal experiences to create welcoming spaces, filled with meaning and connected to new ways of living.

The proposal also invites reflection on the home as a space of well-being in the face of contemporary challenges, such as the excess of stimuli and the growing presence of artificial intelligence in daily routines. Among the projects that translate this interpretation are Casa Memórias Essenciais, by Felipe de Almeida; Casa Jacob, by Felipe Carolo; and Estúdio Semibreve, signed by Estúdio Clara Nahas.

Innovative solutions that trace new paths for the future

CASACOR São Paulo 2026 goes beyond aesthetic inspiration by presenting solutions that point to new directions for architecture, decoration and landscaping. One of the highlights is the Cubikoo, a prefabricated, modular and demountable structure created by Edward van Vliet. At the Biobilheteria, Viviane Teles incorporates metaphysical principles as a starting point to define the materials, shapes and colors of the project.

Other projects also show how innovation and tradition can go hand in hand. Marina Salles revives an ancient Japanese technique to increase the durability of wood in the Home Office Entre Veios. Meanwhile, Maria Fernanda Marques, in Da Terra ao Solo, and other landscape designers demonstrate the richness of Brazilian native species and the countless possibilities of using them in creative compositions. These are ideas that go beyond the limits of the show and inspire possibilities for the future.

Commitment to sustainability and inclusion

Throughout its history, CASACOR São Paulo has consolidated itself as a reference in practices focused on sustainability and inclusion. In 2026, these commitments remain as priorities both in the execution of the works and in the experience offered to visitors.

This year, CASACOR earned four special certifications: the Zero Waste Certificate, the Accessibility Seal and two new ones. The Acolhe Seal recognizes spaces prepared to offer comfort, safety and humanized service to people over 60 and visitors with reduced mobility, while the GBC Life Performance Rating Seal certifies projects planned to promote health, comfort and well-being.

Varied gastronomic experiences

Visiting CASACOR São Paulo 2026 can also be an opportunity to explore different gastronomic experiences. Along the way, five spaces designed by the cast professionals offer proposals that accompany different moments of the visit, from breakfast to dinner.

Among them are Qalb Boutique, an Arab-inspired café designed by Teresa Simões; Restaurante Raiz, designed by Marta Martins and operated by Mesa Viva; and Tempo de Estar, by Studio Sitta + Barbo, which brings together a bookstore and Chocolat du Jour's chocolate shop. Near the gardens, Ruído Bar, by Mariana Plaza and Nadia Asencio, invites visitors to an outdoor break, while Praça Forneria, created by the STAGE.AEC office, closes the visit with the Forneria San Paolo menu.
