Born in Poland in 1922, Zalszupin decided to study architecture after being influenced by a book by Le Corbusier that he saw in a bookstore window when he was just 15 years old. He studied during the war, having escaped the Holocaust by fleeing to Romania. It was there that he finished his studies. studies in architecture in 1947. After some time in France, Zalszupin decided to immigrate to Brazil, inspired by the architecture of Oscar Niemeyer, in 1949. In São Paulo, he founded L'atelier, an iconic brand that soon conquered the entire country and, in a short time, would consolidate Zalszupin's name as one of the greatest architects and designers of the time. His modernist style, unique and poetic, left an important legacy, which marked history and will continue to serve as inspiration for many generations of new professionals.[newsletter]
